Dr. Grimes was born and raised in Orrville, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. Dr. Grimes got his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University, and completed his internship/residency at Temple University.

Dr. Grimes provides ear, nose and throat care for all ages including hearing tests, hearing aid services including fitting and sales, as well as allergy testing and treatment. Dr. Grimes performs many surgical procedures at Galion Hospital such as ear tube placement, tonsillectomy, sinus surgery, and thyroid surgery.
