 Dr. Celec received her Bachelor of Science at Youngstown State University and then advanced her education at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio.  She completed her internship at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, followed by a one year General Surgery residency at Mt. Carmel Medical Center, also in Columbus.  Dr. Celec then completed the Otolaryngology (Ears, Nose and Throat) residency at Doctors Hospital. She is Board Certified in Otolaryngology.

After being in private practice in Bellville, Ohio, for nearly seven years, Dr. Celec then spent three years as a locum tenens physician. Locum tenens is a temporary position that allows a doctor to work in place of another doctor when that doctor is absent or a practice is short-staffed. As a locum tenens physician, Dr. Celec has worked in Alaska, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and many offices throughout Ohio. This has given her an opportunity to provide care in general medicine, occupational medicine, urgent care and ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat).
