Every year, thousands of people of all ages are diagnosed with certain forms of cancer, leukemia and other life-threatening diseases. Seventy percent of patients do not have a donor in their family and depend on the National Marrow Donor Program to find a match. You have a chance to save a life by taking part in Avita Health System's National Bone Marrow Registry Drive.
The registry is free and painless, a simple mouth swab is taken. Adults between the ages of 18 and 60 may register.
