The Specialty Center functions as an outpatient clinic. Physicians with specific specialties examine or provide treatment to patients.
Having these physicians and services available at GCH provides added service and convenience to our community, so our patients will not have to travel outside the community for speciality services.
PROGRAM DESIGN: The staff includes physicians specializing in Urology, Headache/Neurology, Oncology, Surgery and Ear, Nose and Throat and nurses.

- Patient's name, date of birth, address, phone number, insurance carrier
- Diagnosis or symptom
- Referring physician
- Consulting physician
- Test or procedure requested, if any
- All pertinent medical records
- Name and phone number of referring person
