Patient Administrative Services Following your visit at Galion Community Hospital and GCH Health Services, the Patient Administrative and Professional Billing departments will submit your bill to your insurance company or third party payer for services provided to you.

Upon Payment from your insurance or third party payer, we will send a statement to the responsible party for any balance due on the bill. At this time, our credit office works with the responsible party to get the balance due resolved.
