Prostate Cancer community Education Photo

Prostate Cancer Support Group Open to prostate cancer survivors and their loved ones, this group will meet in the GCH Lobby Conference Room at 7:00 p.m. on the second Monday of the month. For more information, please call Fred McCumber at 419-468-4221.

Diabetic Support Group This group meets in the Lobby Conference Room the third Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. For more information, please call Wendy Butz, RN at 419-468-0645.

GCH Stroke Support Group Meets from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the Lobby Conference Room. Our Stroke Support Group is dedicated to the health and well-being of those who have experienced a stroke and the loved ones who care for them. Pre-registration is not required and refreshments will be served. Our facilities are handicapped accessible. The meetings will be held the SECOND THURSDAY of each month from 1:30-3:00 p.m. This group does not meet January, February, March and December. For additional information, please call Dawn Roberts, RN at 419-468-0717.

Safesitter Thursday, June 25, 2009. A nationally recognized babysitting certification program designed for boys and girls ages 11-13. There is a fee and limited space. Call Education Department at 419-468-0717 for additional details.

GALION COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AND CRAWFORD COUNTY WIC INVITE EXPECTANT MOTHERS TO OUR ANNUAL BABY SHOWER (TBA) This adult only event includes information on reading to children, infant nutrition, a tour of the OB Department, breastfeeding information, child care resources, immunization information and information about WIC. You do not need to be WIC eligible to attend. Additional information at a later date.
