GCH strives for excellence in our clinical services and in meeting the needs and expectations of our patients and their families.  Our staff of professionals, support personnel and volunteers are single minded in their commitment to our patients.  And we are working constantly to assure that our technology and facilities meet current standards.  Our recently opened Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit are state-of-the-art.  A new Surgical Suite, with an emphasis on the needs of ambulatory (out-patient) surgery, is on the drawing boards with a projected opening in late 2007.
